Sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation, but thanks for the information highlighting your experiences, this is invaluable for me to consider as I am about to retire in Thailand and need to know about possible problems that may occur and I was tossing up with following the great advice of the moderators on here or getting an agent , I was leaning towards an agent for the first year then do it myself but it seems that this could cause me problems, so thank you 🙏😊
