It doesn’t need to be in a Thai bank.

And you will not be eligible to get a Thai bankaccount with DTV, so if you think you need a Thai bankaccount, you have to apply for a real long term visa.

Only some Embassies require income information, and is depending on the rest of the documentation you provide.

As all DTV it depends which Embassy you apply at.

As soon as the tenant go and stay any other place, the TM30 you registered is obsolete.

The landlord of the places she visits, will make a new TM30, everytime she travels.

When the tenant come back to your apartment, a new TM30 has to be eegistered.

You can not make a TM30 covering 1 year.

It says clearly on the Embassy website that you can’t apply more than 3 months before.

So nothing has changed, and they had announced the rules.

It seems like you didn’t even look at the Thai Embassy website, the guidelines there are very easy to read

Show ALL your papers at once, Passport, print of DTV, print of TDAC QR.

That way you help the Immigration Officer, and that gets you easy points in his evaluation of you.

Do not play the waiting game, to see if the officer want to see all.
