If I apply for a DTV Muay Thai visa, does the gym I apply with matters? Shall it be « DTV certified » or could I apply with the gym I like?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a DTV Muay Thai visa in Thailand, the gym's certification may be important, but it doesn't seem to be a strict requirement. Various comments indicate that as long as the gym provides the proper documentation and is legitimate, it should be sufficient for visa processing. Some users note that certain gyms, like Dowden Muay Thai and Muay Thai Fever, have successfully processed DTV visas, while others believe that only certified gyms will be accepted. There seems to be some confusion regarding the necessity of certification, as some commenters assert that it is needed, while others believe it is not officially required.
I own a gym in Bangkok. We've done lots of DTVs and no, there is not official certified DTV list. As long as the gym your training at is legit and has the proper documentation both as a busines and a sports entity you should be fine in most cases.
