How should I upload bank statements as proof of funds for my visa application in Thailand?

Hi All,

the only remaining thing for me is uploading the 3 statements as proof of funds. Questions:

1) shall I merge 3 bank statements in 1 PDF? (will it exceed the upload limit?)

2)Should I rather send only the first page of each (name/address/total in&out for the month)? But then no transaction is shown...

3)I transferred the funds from an instant access savings account to my current account more than a month ago (also another 500k to my spouse who will apply later once I'm approved). So perhaps, on top of the 3 last statements should I upload a couple of statements from the savings account too? the 500£ had been in there since Oct 2024.

Would all fit in? or too heavy?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on uploading bank statements as proof of funds for their visa application. Key questions include whether to merge bank statements into a single PDF, how much of each statement to include, and if additional statements from a savings account should be provided to show transferred funds. Community responses suggest merging documents for simplicity, ensuring funds are easily accessible, and providing comprehensive documentation to avoid requests for additional materials.

It stead of merging documents, put the 500.000+ Baht in 1 account, thereby making it as simple as possible for the Embassy to process the visa.

Remember the money has to be in a readily available account , if for example you need hospital, you should be able to pay before you get help.

When your spouse apply for DTV the money has to be in account in her / his name, again make it simple.

And I think minimum has to be 3 months... If you had 500k 3months ago minimum you are good to go

1/ merge all documents into one, reduce size of the file

2/ give them all the pages to save them from asking for more documentations from you

Anonymous participant 210 would you suggest 3 complete current account statements + say last 2 saving account statements showing the transfer? Or just last 3 current account statements that show 500k were added out of the blue?
