Give the Embassy excactly what they want, and nothing else, because you don’t want to do xxxx.

If you don’t want to be rejected and loose the 10.000+ Baht visa fee
Henrik *****
The best is to apply in your passport country, where. also most of the other documents originate from, since they know how documents are formated in that country, leading to less rejections because of misunderstandings.
Henrik *****
Look at the Embassy website for the average processing time for visa’s, and remember if additional documents are necessary, the clock may start over from 0.

The Thai Embassy have no benefit of getting you to stay and use your money other than in Thailand.
Henrik *****
The best way to find information about different visa, is the Thailand Embassy website in your country, that's the most reliable source.
Henrik *****
Ask in a US group, not a Thailand group, if you want reliable information

Entering visa excempt you have to be able to show on arrival:

Onward ticket( ticket out of Thailand) within 60 days.

Adress of where you would be staying.

20.000 Baht in cash.

Sometime they ask for proof, other times not.

Has nothing to do with TDAC
Henrik *****
You are allow in for 60 days, of course you need to show that you leave within the allowed 60 days.

Having a girlfriend or not, wouldn't change anything.
Henrik *****
You should check again before you go, may switch back to 30, but then you just apply for a 60 day tourist visa a couple of weeks before you go.

What is this post then.

No Immigration officer need to clarify the basic requirements that you should know before going to Thailand.
