I don't know much about the subject, but I got a ROKU 4K stick from Amazon in the states shipped over here. It seems to work pretty well as far as I know, but I get the feeling the Andriod boxes give you many more options. Seems like it was like about $35 or so.

I am not clear on what kind of inspection they are talking about though. Is it a safety inspection of some sort, or a inspection of rig properly matching the papers?

Plus I understand there are fees for the inspection and paperwork of up to 10K baht. Is that normally paid by the seller, or the buyer, or split between them? If it matters, the rig is a pickup going for 150K baht. A 2011 model.

Also exactly when am I required to get insurance by the government? Do they require proof of insurance as part of the paperwork at the DLT office?
