yea, that's correct, beware that most hotels file a report that says your now staying here, You must "officially" submit a new TM30 when changing your permanent address within 24 hours, especially when moving to another province. You can only belong to one immigration office when doing 90-days reports and annual extensions, I've read of of folks get fined if they staying in province hotel, when doing business with IO in other, or get TM30 from the hotel that you are staying in, I've never bother with that rules, reply to OP, was read in newspaper recently, perhaps a little off topic
my visa runs to Kota Bharu was a rather strange feeling, empty bridge crossing to Malaysia, looked almost abandoned of activities, I was the only person there while giving the application, the were several open-air old-type brothels, heard males shouting go away, street lights none at that location, the hotel had a large dark nightclub was only me and the 2 Chinese chatting far away, no girls at all, but I got a nighttime visit of 2 of them, while the door was locked, somehow they manage to open the door when I was sleeping nicely, did not fit type to compare to normal runs elsewhere - super simple, the friendly/sexy employee girl even asked me, why not multiple entries on the Thai visa can be a plus, said okay I'll take that - a long time ago
YES read that a farang visited the hotel for a nightstand, and when he visit the IO later, he got fined, report your address - have even read that, big-shout some deportation called for the deportation for that offense, never heard that gone thru yet ðŸ˜
these lines seem to be new to me - Those who arrive at the airport without a prior visa will continue to receive a 30-day stamp up to 6 times per calendar year. Extensions at Thai Immigration for the visa exemption stamps remain to be 30 days for a fee of 1,900 baht.
Have 20,000 baht in cash with you, just in case IO asking, once my Thai multi-entry O got canceled with a huge red stamp, the Thai bank book balance of the same amount or over was no good, not accepted,
can't verify my bill at the moment, but the Ft surcharge matters from January to April 2023 as follows; 1) Ft surcharge for residential customers is 0.9343 baht/kWh and 4.72 Baht per unit, non-double-checked lines - (Exclude VAT)
I got a list of requirements prior my visit back then, passed the for check of documents, then the stamp IO says, only today bank statement letter is acceptable, back to the bank for a new one, the make a single typo, disapproval again
