It would be interesting to know where she is, because there was a case like this a week ago where exactly the same thing was requested from the guy who went back to Thailand during the application process and I suspect that when they go back to Thailand and fill out the TDAC, they log in to Thailand and this can be seen by many agencies and probably also by the consulates.

In EU everyone has to be treated equally. For me, this means that an EU citizen should actually be treated equally in every consulate in the EU. Maybe you could call them and explain how things work in EU

Are you still in Vietnam or are you already in Thailand? Please be honest. Otherwise, we can't help you.

So, you don't need a university degree to fill out the e-visa form, anyone with a basic school education can do it. You just need the Muay Thai documents and the bank statements. If you have any questions about the individual fields in the e-visa form, you can always ask here and you'll always get an answer. I managed it on my own, too. Only with the help of the Facebook group here.

In which country do you have your bank account? Of course, your chances decrease if you have a bank account in a third world country.

Why don't you print it out, why do you show it on your phone? It's your own fault if there are complications. You may belong to that new generation who does everything on their phones, but border officers aren't. They're usually older and they still like good old paper documents

I don't have any experience myself, so I just thought that it might be clever to get some advice

If money is not the case, I would look for a highly professional agency and get advice from them and let them handle the process. There are law firms that specialize in this and have the necessary know-how and experience. I believe smaller visa agencies are less suitable for this.
