So, you don't need a university degree to fill out the e-visa form, anyone with a basic school education can do it. You just need the Muay Thai documents and the bank statements. If you have any questions about the individual fields in the e-visa form, you can always ask here and you'll always get an answer. I managed it on my own, too. Only with the help of the Facebook group here.

You still need to have a bank account balance of 500,000 Thai baht or equivalent in any bank account in your name only.

I don't know any agencies but if you want to do it yourself and save a lot of money it's not hard to do. I paid for a 6 month training package with Phuket King for 15,000 baht and then applied. They have all the correct documents.
