What should I do if my landlord refuses to submit the TM30 form for my visa extension in Thailand?

I was in the same situation in Hua Hin. I went to Immigration before the 90 days report and told them that the landlord does not want to provide the TM30. Immigration called him and in 30 min I received my TM30.
