Do I need a reentry permit and a COVID test to cross from Mae Sai to Tachilek for business?

yesterday , here , somebody testified that she was asked for proof of covid vaccination , to go to Tachilek.

I was ask for it 3 weeks ago .

don't know if it changed since two or three days ago.
