it’s not meant to be a alternative that’s the point - even if it’s 5% changing from marriage or retirement to DTV it’s likely they will implement some changes, at least that’s what I heard at the immigration office since people on marriage and retirement are changing their visas etc

it will have requirements changed longer course requirements, higher fee etc - yes it’s popular but it’s canibalizing other visa classes such as the marriage and retirement visa etc which wasn’t the intent

sure they do - not unlike any other workplace they will have meetings to discuss visas, issues, uniformity and consistency, staffing etc
