TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry seeks recommendations for agents who can assist in opening a bank account specifically for individuals holding a DTV visa in Bangkok. Several comments discuss the lack of local agents in Bangkok and suggest considering agents based in Pattaya who can facilitate the process for a lower fee. Go to Pattaya, 2 hour drive from BKK.

Reach out to Tiktok Services it’s an agency there, they will go with you to open the bank account and handle everything in person. They only charge 5k THB which is relatively cheap compared to BKK agents and such.

What ive noticed in this group is everyone says to use an agent, but no one actually names an agent in bangkok who does it.

I think it’s a myth 😅 good luck🤞

You need to state a location. It is no good anyone mentioning an agent in Pattaya if you are in Chiang Mai!
