Why should I get a Tourist Visa if I can enter Thailand visa exempt for 60 days?

 yet the law says now 2 visa exempt entries a year. It's not expensive to get a tourist visa. I would not count on that they let me in with 4 exempts already.

 also, someone told me you cannot apply from any place in Malaysia at any of the embassies.

I haven't investigated that further, but it would make sense.

In Germany, I must apply at the Embassy in Frankfurt, I cannot do it at the Berlin embassy, as this is not my region.

 as I said, it had to be KL, for many reasons.

Penang seems to be worse these days.

Honestly, beside this contract approval, was easy
