Do you pay 10K bath only once at all?

Or it it 10K, then extension for 180 days, and then, if you wanna come back for another year, another 180 days, you pay 10k again?

they decided this yesterday, after many complaints worldwide...maybe it did not make it to the airlines yet.

I heard a story of a woman, boarding in Dubai, 2 month after the drop of the Thai pass...Emirates still insisted to see the pass ;)
