I read here, many people said, no agent needed. Yes if you can do it fully by yourself. but funny thing for me about this is, they also claimed that endless Thai style bureaucracy. Immigration, banks, other authorities in Thailand. I agreed fully. Everything is really depending on who is on the table for you. Well, depending on who is in charge, everything can be easy or so difficult or almost not possible. There are rules and laws in thailand as well but rules are just in paper. It is not only in Thailand, but many places like this. It is like lucky draw. If you have luck, you can do it fast and easy by yourself to get through and get what you want. But bad luck? I can not say this. Using an agent costs much and doing it yourself is far cheaper. It is all individual choice. I really can not say what is better. The best thing with agent, of course, there are good and professional agents, and bad agents. You have to choose good one for you if you want to hire an agent. But you can find a good one, by googling and here too. Good agents need good review and good reputation. So they are open to everyone. Good luck to you.
in my case, in june. I could still access to my account, But no pay out at all. No transfer no QR code no withdraw. Simple, it is my money but I cant use it at all. So it is not my money.
yes, it was to me. it was international transfer when used wise to transfer into Thailand, and it said international transfer. But now it said, something else..
It is totally useless to argue about the agent and its fee. Someone who has enough money for this, can use this service. comfortable and stressless. This is true. If someone does not like this or does all by himself, it is also fine. It is just individual choice.
i see thanks! I can get tM30 . and going to immigration with this to get residence certificate? and no need driving license? I do not have it at all. I have phobia to drive 😅and my passport with visa, sure. This would be enough for normal case?
The bank account opening could be issue for you. Nowadays, thai banks are so hesitant to open an account for foreigners...although they have visa. Your visa is only for three months valid. so I am not sure if thai bank can accept this. Even, foreign expats who already have one year visa, retirement visa, can be rejected by a thai bank. I also know some cases. The typical cases, that make your head broken are, like, the bank need your driving license in Thailand. So if you do not drive? or have no driving license at all? how and how fast you can get a thai driving license? Actually I do not know what is related this thai driving license with opening a bank account. But anyway, they required this from you, then, you must have it by all means to open a thai bank account. Everything is so fully depending on what bank person you met. actually we do not know. It is a joke that thai bank personal ask you to bring your death certificate to open an account. so you have to die first to get death certificate. haha. it is joke. but this means, noone knows what they require from you. Unfortunately this is how it works in Thailand, and in many countries. This is very systematic and cultural and historical backgrounds. So no chance to change it or challenge it. But, if you are just lucky, things can go very smoothly here. If I were you, go to any bank near you and ask first if they can open an account, and you will find out what is going on here. Good luck to you and good luck to me too.
yes right. using agents makes things easier. This is very sure. I am always using agents when I am in a foreign country. As a foreigner, everything is hard to do by myself. all different and even, cultural difference is huge. Language barrier is also huge too. Different system, process, people here. The agents are locals and they are expert to do such process and relationships and networks, that they already have. Only we must pay to hire them. I tried before all process of things in a foreign country, because it looked not difficult for me to do by myself. But I really failed big. Even a simple thing I could not manage. Even worsened. After I wasted money and times and energy, I realized that I need a good agent. After that, I always used agents in foreign country to do something for such necessary things. and so far, they helped me a lot. only one agent was fake and shit to me. In Thailand, I do not know much yet. I am just learning and monitoring.
