TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is returning to Thailand after a few years and wants to know if they can combine their Thai savings and fixed deposit accounts with their UK bank account to demonstrate they have 800,000 THB for immigration purposes. Comments indicate that only money in Thai bank accounts will be relevant for immigration. Additionally, maintaining a Thai bank account without a stay permit may pose challenges, and specific balance requirements may need to be met.

Show to who? To your Thai embassy? Probably. To immigration? They only want to see money in Thai bank accounts. The money you have in a UK account is not relevant to immigration.
