Good day to everyone here. I have questions about renewal of retirement visa, one year. non O immigration visa? called so? When renewal or extending one year of this, what documents are required? I know min.800000 THB in the thai bank account. What else needed? Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot. What about rental contract? Because I would not live in Thailand when renewal. I will stay for a month or so until approved. So hotel or Airbnb is fine instead of rental contract?

For accurate information on renewal requirements, it's recommended to consult with your local immigration office and get a hand out of their specific requirements, as procedures may vary slightly between offices.

And it’s called one year extension of stay and you apply on a TM.7 at the immigration.
