hi ... I have made numerous border runs from Thailand to Laos and back next day or two. It's been nearly 1 year as a tourist. Lately I've had to fly back into TH (60 tourist VOA). Whatis the DTV Visa? Do I need certain amount of money in USA or Thai Bank?

I recently applied but was rejected at Kasikorn in Chiang Mai ..... using tourist visa. They said need ED or retirement or long term visa or married to Thai
