May I ask if it’s your company? (You mentioned the company registration). I have a business in Hong Kong which I’m a director of, so I’m not quite a freelancer
I’m the CEO of the company. I guess I’ll just make an employment certificate where I write to myself that I’m a remote worker with CEO as the position or something? Did you indicate your compensation? I just take dividends so I don’t really have a fixed salary.
any particular reason you filed it in Helsinki, perhaps you live in Finland? I’m a Swede and consider filing in Stockholm, however I don’t live there, not sure if that’s an issue.
I’ve really tried to do research on this one but I don’t quite get it. If I understand correctly, you can apply either via a consulate or directly with the Thai evisa webpage? If the first alternative, do I choose any consulate which is the nearest to my location? I am currently temporarily in Malaysia for a few weeks, but this is only my temporary spot. I’m a European Union citizen
thanks for your reply! But do you need to submit with a consulate? I thought you can submit directly with the Thai authorities online? I’m a Swedish citizen but have my company in Hong Kong, if I need to apply via embassy/consulate, do you know which country I should apply from?
May I ask if you know whether you need to be married if you apply for your partner? I’m a single father to a 4 year old boy and have a partner that isn’t his mother, nor that I’m married to.
Also, you can apply from any location outside of Thailand? I’m a European citizen but currently in Asia.
