Hi there,

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I have some questions in regards to an upcoming trip to Europe in Christmas.

My son has a dependent visa under me (I’m on DTV), he will soon have stayed for 90 days so we will do the TM30. But are there any else we need to submit before traveling out to Europe? Like any documents we need to process before leaving the country.

Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about necessary procedures and documents to submit before traveling to Europe, particularly concerning their son who is on a dependent visa. The comments clarify that since both the user and their son hold a DTV (Non-Thai Visa), there are no additional visa requirements before leaving as it is a multiple entry visa. However, they should ensure that TM30 forms are properly submitted.

You should have done a TM30 for both of you in the first 24 hrs if your exit is before your 90 days don’t worry but if your here for 90 days I would report

First of all, 90 days is TM47 not a TM30.

Second, I'm assuming your son also has a DTV? If that's correct and you both have DTV then visa wise you have nothing to do. It's already a multiple entry visa so you can leave and return as you please during the 5 year visa validity and you'll receive a new 180 day entry stamp each time you enter Thailand.

and be required to do 90 day reports every time you stay that long.
