Hi there,

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I have some questions in regards to an upcoming trip to Europe in Christmas.

My son has a dependent visa under me (I’m on DTV), he will soon have stayed for 90 days so we will do the TM30. But are there any else we need to submit before traveling out to Europe? Like any documents we need to process before leaving the country.

Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about necessary documentation and processes for a trip to Europe, focusing on their son's dependent visa which falls under the user's DTV. They mention the impending TM30 filing after 90 days of stay. Comments clarify that the correct filing is TM47 for 90 days, and reassurances that both visas allow for multiple entries, negating additional requirements for travel.

You should have done a TM30 for both of you in the first 24 hrs if your exit is before your 90 days don’t worry but if your here for 90 days I would report

First of all, 90 days is TM47 not a TM30.

Second, I'm assuming your son also has a DTV? If that's correct and you both have DTV then visa wise you have nothing to do. It's already a multiple entry visa so you can leave and return as you please during the 5 year visa validity and you'll receive a new 180 day entry stamp each time you enter Thailand.

and be required to do 90 day reports every time you stay that long.
