they need to see the movement of funds, the deposit that you put before u do the statement will not work. But maybe if you put 500k in a weeks ( for example 100, 150, 100, 50, 25, 25, 50) - is gonna work 😄

I go out of country almost every 2 weeks so it’s not a problem for me. Can’t imagine stay in 1 country for more than 6 month without going out haha 😬 but if u wanna stay , just go there and extend for another 180 days in local embassy

I mean you can't just put money on the card and make a statement. you have to have a good history of funds movement with final balance not less than 500k THB ( ~ 14k usd )

I have the DTV and only had to provide a simple statement showing 500k thb in the bank, no need for 'good history of fund movements'.

That's crazy documents. I applied online in the US, I went through soft power and only had a medical certificate letter stating I had a follow up appointment.

It wouldn't surprise me. Although I think if there's any changes it'll be in the application fee. I can't see it staying at 10,000 baht for long. The government will see the money rolling in and will at least double the fee.
