Medicare is not always expensive. I am 77 and I pay $167.00 a month $3000.00 deductible.Dr. visits free. When I move to Thailand I will be seeing an increase I know. And pre ex. Won't be covered

From the few people that I have chatted with, that own condos, tell me their fee never goes up that much. And some of them have been in their condo for years.

From what I understand, condo owners pay at least once a year, or for up to three years.

Basically that's the same if you buy a condo in America, you do not own the land. You hmo. or cm, fees are anywhere between $400.00 to over $1000.00 a month.

Can you relocate to Thailand on social security income alone with limited savings?

If you are from America you will still be able to get your SS. Make sure your passport is several years out. You will need to deposit $26,000. In new bank account and leave it there.. If your SS is $1,500.00 a month you should be OK. Unless you party or drink a lot.
