Not sure. I’m doing it for registration of my marriage in Thailand to get the kor ror 22. I assume it’s part of the application process or at least the extension.

Yes the Thai embassy in Los Angeles requires county,state and federal authentication of your marriage certificate from California. The feds are taking 10-13 or more weeks to authenticate. I’m still waiting from the feds since . Had to rebook my flight. Hopefully it’ll arrive so I can get the Thai embassy in LA to authenticate before I leave.

I found the submission dates on the US embassy for Spain.

for sure keep the US bank account but unable to update a US address. Got a couple of months to keep trying to work this out. Amazing more of a hassle dealing with the US government now!

that’s easier said than done. Been trying for the last six months. They do not recognize me when I try to login. They don’t answer their phone ,don’t allow visitors and don’t respond via text or email. If I could figure out when they send out the forms.

I have found the form and where to mail it. How is the US going to find me to send me the form? If I don’t receive it from the US they will stop my benefits. So how do I make sure they can find me?
