If you’ve had the money in the bank for the last two months then I would just apply with immigration and not use an agent.

The money also needs to stay in your account after your visa has been done.

no you don’t need to buy from a thai company. Mine is French and was accepted.

Look up Arawan Namak here on Facebook she’s in a few of the other groups and has helped out a lot of us with a few different options. She’s an insurance broker in Phuket and her service is first rate.

it’s not any harder putting a foreigners name on a title. I have done it myself at the land office my name went directly under my wife’s name. Very simple. It’s more that some Thais don’t want to do it.
