it’s not any harder putting a foreigners name on a title. I have done it myself at the land office my name went directly under my wife’s name. Very simple. It’s more that some Thais don’t want to do it.

you might all be in a quarantine golf resort hotel but they still don’t want people to mingle. All I’m saying is that it’ll most likely be a very expensive hotel and you’d want to make sure 100% that you’ll be able to play golf and if so from which day will you be able. A lot of the hotels have taken away the gym from their package as this was seen to be away of transmission. I’m not sure if that is still the case.
