I think you don't need a Visa being a Filipina but you still need to go through all the hoops such as Covid Test, Covid insurance, Certification of Entry, 2 weeks quarantine and so on.

why would you do that? Getting any driving license converted to a Thai driving license requires no more than a certificate of residency, a few hours spent at DLT and

baht. Then you have peace of mind. And btw, you need a recognized driving license even if you are going to ride a scooter

Just go to your nearest immigration office and apply for a certificate of residence. Bring work permit if any, and/or TM30 receipt.

3 months Non O Visa for Thai spouse. If you are not legally married in Thailand, you must register the marriage at the local Thai embassy first. Then, in Thailand: open a bank account with a balance if 400k+ THB and extend Visa every year (1900 baht extensions fee)

you can get 1 year extension in country starting 45 days until 15 days before the date indicated on the last entry stamp. Obviously you must meet all the requirements such as TM30, 400k in a Thai bank and so on.
