Do I need to do a 90-day report if staying in Thailand for exactly 90 days?

ORIGINAL POSTERHi everybody, I will be staying in Thailand 90 days exactly, date of arrival and date of departure both included. Am I due to do the 90 day reporting or does it become necessary only for 91 days and more ? Thanks for your help.
TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are staying in Thailand for exactly 90 days, you do not need to complete a 90-day reporting. This requirement only applies to individuals on Non-immigrant visas valid for more than 90 days. As long as you depart on the 90th day, you are not required to report.

.. before you loose your track in the forest of comments above. May we know on what kind of visa you be entering Thailand?
* 60day pre-payed Tourist, extendable in country with 30days
* no visa, but free exemption stamp on arrival. atm 45 days (15 Quarantine + the normal 30). extendable in country with 30days
* STV (special tourist visa) 90 days, extendable in country with 2x90days
The whatever time you get granted (30-60-90) always starts when you arrive and get stamped in.
Visa stickers have an expiry date. Which is 90 days from application granted. This date is printed on the visa and is the last date your visa is valid and you can enter Thailand or extend your stay incountry at immigration on that visa.
There is no such thing as 90 day reports for tourists. This is for Bussiness, Marriage or Retirement visas etc that have a validity of a year.

I come to Thailand twice a year on a Non O tourist visa valid for 90 days.I have to report to the area immigration office within
24 hours of arrival, for notification of residence.
Thereafter no more visits to immigration.

I have been able to touch my toes since I was in middle school. The only time I couldn't was when I injured my leg and I couldn't bed over. But now, I am still able to touch my toes. Televisions are great for movie night. Reply to

You have 90 days to enter the Kingdom. A tourist visa gives you 60 days from entering which can be extended by another 30 at immigration.

A US 90-day tourist visa to Thailand gives you 90 days from issuance of the Visa. this is the way it was pre-covid if it has changed we aren't aware of it.. we have been there done that payed immigration fees for 30 days over on our 90-day Visa it was issued on November first we arrived December 1st and it expired February 1st..

correct, however it does not give you 90 days to be there.. you will have 30 days on your passport... as per Emirates Airlines, immigration, and the US Thailand Embassy.Carrie ******

it depends on your visa. If you're visa exempt, you get 45 days 30 with 15 days extension for quarantine and tr visa you get 60 days with 30 day extension. Reply to

Not quite. The OA and OX are the only Non Imm visas valid for more than 90 days that require 90 day reports. Multi entry Non Imm O and B visas dont require 90 day reports. Both these visas are valid for 1 year. The vast majority of 90 day reports are for people on yearly extentions of stay.Garrett ***********

Nope, you need to leave the country or apply for an extention of stay after 90 days with a multi entry Non Imm O or B, NOT do a 90 day report. You're confusing visas with extentions of stay.Jon *****
