literally everyone qualifies via soft power/medical treatment. Someone posted they qualified over simply having a follow up appointment at the doctors.

I qualified similarly (although a once a month elective (cosmetic) treatment over 3 months)

I asked the officer on the way back to Thailand when I visited Laos and she informed me that you are allowed to enter by using a land border two times each year. That you can fly in and out of the country as often as you want, keeping in mind you need visas if staying a long while

How about in my situation. Only parent of a thai child living here have all court documents.

On family visa.

But I'm thinking what IO would refuse me with my paperwork.

Just the 400k is basically dead money.

Most officers don't like swapping and won't so you obviously went to somewhere recommended by your visa people that is know to push this through.

To then spout off to everyone you can do this tit.

Just cause you can do something in one district here doesn't mean you can do it in another tit mate come on wake up.

you can pay in 40k baht on the 1st of every month to pass non o for being a dad (about 1000gbp) which u can also spend day2day so long as its in every month.

I'm in a car right now on the way home from the office with my visa done. I print bank statements show them I standard dd 40k month into my Thai bank from my home saving account.

I also have a son and I also have single custody.

And I just passed and got my visa so maybe check the web site 'fella'

must be back handers or you are on a work visa.

When I spoke to my lawyer about not having 400k as a family visa showing 40k a month he said no.

They won't wanna see that it the tax code they want to see plus ya get tax on the 400k if you shoe new law over 180 days.

So elaborate cause if that works with zero chance getting tax I'll do that.

But I thing the information you are giving is wrong.

I have spoke to a well know lawyer he stated its not 400k coming in but the tax code for that money maybe he wrong which would be surprising not really matters now unlimited border crossing now.

The only thing that does matter is what the immigration officer says when you dealing with him at the border.
