For my DTV from the Thai embassy in Madrid, Spain, I sent all the documents in Spanish and the bank balance certification in Catalan. They accepted my documents and I have my visa.

At the DTV visa pdf document, the psasport number is included. Then in this situation I think better talk with Thailand Embassy. But my passport expires at 2032!
