What should I do if I'm unable to pay my Thai DTV application fee online due to error messages?

Greetings and thanks for allowing me in your group. Maybe somebody can help with an issue I’m having. I fill out my DTV application online and everything is fine. That is until I go to pay the fee🤷🏻‍♂️

Every time I try to pay the application fee, it gives some kind of error message saying not accepted or canceled? I have used three different web browsers and five different credit cards and nothing works..

I have called my credit card companies and they say there are no problems with my cards such as fraud, and calling the Thai embassy here in America they say their website is working fine

I have checked my information over and over again and everything is correct. Last year with the regular E visa I had no problems at all. Can anybody clarify what might be the issue outside of everything I already verified above that is not the issue?

Is your creditcard switched on for all areas in the world? Some credit cards can be blocked on some area's when you don't explicitly allow, and give strange errors then.

I experienced message wrong PIN when I tried.

as I explained I got in touch with all of my credit card companies and they verified. There’s no problems on there and with this purchase.

as I believe I mentioned I tried it on two different iPhones, two different iMac and my brothers Macintosh and nothing works!🤷‍♂️ five different credit cards, five different device devices, and three different browsers, and no combination worked!

it finally went through when I used an old credit card card that I don’t use anymore. After I tried the five that I currently have🤷‍♂️

thanks my friend, I appreciate that. I spent several hours last night using five different credit cards four different phone and laptop device devices and three different browsers to no avail. Today tried the payment about 15 more times and it finally took it. I have no idea what their glitch is.

typical with these sorts of countries unfortunately. Lack of real investment in their infrastructure and technology. Their citizens just allow it to be, and yeah - we tourists or visitors, have no choice but to navigate the ridiculousness :) 😂

it can really vary mate to be honest. It can take a week, it can take two weeks, sometimes longer. They can request additional docs, they might not…

As I’m sure you’ll know by now… nothing is ever straight forward in SE Asia… but you should be fine as long as you meet the req :)

Thanks brother 🙏it finally worked after 3 days, about 50 attempts, 6 different credit cards, 5 different devices, 4 different browsers, and it randomly excepted a credit card that I haven’t used in four years🤷🏻‍♂️

Yes, I’ve done everything somebody could mention ..I tried both on my iPhone and my MacBook. I tried Safari, chrome, and one other browser.
