thanks very helpful, that requirement is a bit annoying the neighbour part as we're in a condo where don't know anyone, we could as juristic I guess.

Last time we were in an area where we knew people to act as the witnesses.

I actually recently lost my passbook and had to replace it, unfortunately the shows the money, but not for the required period just a brought forward note. Guessing I need to go to back to the bank and get it fixed before application day.

I was also wondering, did you have to get all your bank updates (passbook and letter) on the actual day of the application? I had to do that last time, but this is my first time in Bangkok?

I guess Central Chaeng Wattana is ok for branches, but seems inconvenient to do here because of CW's massive wait time, so the need to arrive early.
