Read the valid until date on your visa.

You cant use the visa if its valid until date is passed.

no but the minor is still illegally in the country and can get overstay stamp + she has to really read the fine print of her travel insurance.

There is still no official info regarding health insurance so no one knows when or if that will happen. But I do think ppl should have an insurance, for me its common sence.

Do you have an extension of stay? Since you say 4 months left I guess that is the case.

Then you have to cancel that and leave the country.

Your company sounds like very unserious but even though its your responsibility to know the due date of your work permit and you shouldnt have kept working after wp expired.

yes I know of all the problems, I live here. Im lucky though cause I dont have to work here and are not a dive pro.

Not easy for dive centers with not enough Thai instructors with more than Thai and English language + the very changing seasons.

Your dive center can help you, with the amount of foreign dive instructors on the island Im sure your dive center gone through this process many times before.

You will need to leave for the NON-B, not heard anyone managing to change visa exempt to NON-B in Samui.

non-imm OA is not retirement visa, you confuse the poster with wrong info, they are also South Africans not US.

Its a big difference between VISA and extension of stay. One you get from embassy/consulate other from immigration
