If you leave after your 90-days report is due, just do the 90-day report before leaving when you are supposed to do it.

And if you are on an extension of stay remember to get re-entry permit at the same time as you do your 90-day.

Read the valid until date on your visa.

You cant use the visa if its valid until date is passed.
