Thx for confirming, guys. Headed to Singapore and back by air as we speak. Confirmed with immigration officer on the way out that I'll get 90 more upon return. Let's hope the flight doesn't get canceled! 😂

Next question, if I get 90 more days stamped today, can I then apply for a new non b in March with a WP that expires Oct 2020 and then get a 1 year stamp from local immigration? How much validity on a WP is required (if any) to get both a new non b and a one year extension stamp?

Go to KL for one night instead of using visa company. Flights from Surat Air Asia.

Don't bother with the visa. Just get the visa exempt stamp on arrival which gets you 30 days, then extend for 1900 baht at a local immigration office to get another 30 days.

You can get one from the FBI, but you'll have to send in fingerprints. The process takes about two weeks. If you google FBI criminal report, you'll find a link to the site where you can apply.

My brother does the same thing as his wife is a flight attendant and he's never had any issues. Immigration rarely asks for proof of onward travel unless someone is a frequent visitor that they suspect is living in Thailand illegally.

I've been able to take my son out with a letter from his mom and a signed copy of her ID card. The first time I took him, the officer called to speak with her. Second time, the letter sufficed and my son acknowledging that I am his father and that we were going to visit his grandparents in America. Definitely get something in writing and have her available to accept a call if necessary. Best of luck to you.

It's absurd to carry your passport with you at all times. A copy is fine. I've never been asked for mine in 10 years here, but you never know, I guess.
