TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice regarding their 90-day reporting requirement for a retirement visa in Thailand, which is due on September 4th, while they plan to leave for the U.S. around September 14th. Community members advise that the user should complete the 90-day report before leaving to avoid potential fines of 2,000 Thai baht when returning to Thai immigration. They mention options for reporting online or via mail before the due date.

you can do the 90 day report between 15 and 7 days before due due date using the on-line system, you can do the 90 day report 15 days before due date using the old fashioned post office.

Do your 90 days report BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Otherwise next time you need Thai Immigration assist, they will fine you 2,000 Thai baht.
