ORIGINAL POSTERI need to do my 90 day report by the 17th of June. I have a flight out of Thailand on the 23rd. My understanding is I get 1 week after the reported date to do it. Given I'm leaving one day before is it okay to not do it?

ORIGINAL POSTERI am here on a multiple entry O-A visa which is valid from 22 Aug 2019 until 21 Aug 2020..I was stamped in on 12 Sep 2019 until 10th Sep 2020
What is the last date I would need to leave the country to be stamped in for a further 12 months and does it matter if I leave by air or land ?
