Okay thank you for this informtion. So basically you cant get a 3 party person to be a sponsor for you. It must be the company that you are currently working for.

I also saw this and this is our first child because actually her contract only ends in February but she can work until the end of January as the baby is only due in March

What happens to a work permit if I leave Thailand on a non-immigrant visa and re-enter with a visa exemption?

Restart the process. Don't apply at the same embassy where you got your first 3 months. I did mine at Laos and the second time it was declined luckily I could apply for a marriage visa.

You should have a work permit letter because you needed when applying for the non b.
