yes, make sure all your documents are complete. Make 2 copies to make it sure.

เมลานี่ เมลานี่ when I arrived in bkk the IO asked my contract. And I just showed my documents. Better to make a copy of your non-b documents (contract, invitation letter for hiring foreign teacher)

I've checked the website and there's nothing there that says you can't. Although it's like that for Ankara as well but they're only giving visas to perm residents. Odd one, really hard to get info.

I've been told things may be different now. I would suggest trying to find their website and see what it says. They usually keep them up to date.
