Hi. I arrived to Thailand in Mars on a turistvisa 30 day then got an extra 30 days from immigration. During this time a got a work offer from a compani here in Thailand. They help me with papers and a trip to Lao Vientiane. I got my working visa after a week there but when I come back to Thailand on this 90 days working visa they told me that they did not need me anymore. Now I have visa until 10:th September but no working permit. Now my question: Will I get in truble when leving on the 10:th September without the permit?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual arrived in Thailand on a tourist visa, extended their stay, and subsequently obtained a 90-day working visa. However, the job was no longer available upon return, leaving them with a valid visa but without a work permit. The responses indicate that they can stay until their visa expiry date without issues, regardless of not having a work permit.

You can stay until the last day of your stay permit (your entry stamp).

The dates on the visa are irrelevant.

You can stay until the end of your visa...

that letter is valid for 3 months

You should have a work permit letter because you needed when applying for the non b.

If you are on the original 90 day visa you are permitted to stay till its expiry.

No problem.

Hi. I have alreedy stay 90 days before I got my work visa but know I will not get any work permit. I am afraid that they will ask me why I dont have a work permit when leaving Thailand in September. This first 90 days was 30 days visa on arrivet, 30 days from immigration and 30 days from border run before I got the work visa.

@Chris *******
not talking about your tourist stay.

Only talking about your 90 day non-b visa.

The 90 day non-b visa doesn't require you to have a work permit (or actually be working).

It is intended that you would have all sorted in place and working in time for the extension, which you are not doing.

You will have no issue leaving.
