We are currently in Thailand on the educational visa which ends in around 4 months
The plan now is that my husband applies for the soft power DTV with the approved Muay Thai camp near us, once we have the enrollment form we fly to Hanoi apply for the dtv from there and once approved he then adds me and the kids as dependents
We have more than enough in the bank to show them plus we own a few properties in other countries with income monthly coming from these
My questions are -
• I am currently 4 months pregnant would this affect the DTV for adding me on?
• Is flying to Hanoi to apply from there the best idea (currently in Hua hin)
• Do we apply at the Thai embassy in Hanoi or online - which way is quickest
• Do we use an agent? Would this speed it up? It seems quite straight forward but if using an agent is more likely to get us approved then I'll do this
Any help is appreciated I'm due to give birth end of Aug with our current visa expiring end of July
So planning on going Hanoi in April - cancelling the educational visa before departing and then get all of this DTV done
Any help is appreciated as the stress is building 😢
My application for the DTV Soft Power Visa has unfortunately been rejected again – this time in Hanoi, Vietnam. I was not provided with a clear reason for the refusal, so I am unsure what the issue was.
Around two months ago, my application was already rejected in Cambodia because the documents from my previous Muay Thai camp were incomplete and insufficient. Since then, I have enrolled in a new, professional Muay Thai camp in Bangkok, booked a nine-month course, and submitted all the required documents in full.
As I believed everything was correct this time, I am now uncertain about what steps I can take in Hanoi to possibly have my visa approved, or what other options are available to me at this stage.
Could you please advise me on what I should do in this situation?
Thank you very much in advance for your assistance.
Just have some questions about DTV (Soft Power - Muay Thai)
Boxing Sports Commission of the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) now has set the guidelines to apply for DTV (Soft Power - Muay Thai) and my questions are...
1. Does the DTV applicant still need all the documents from Muay Thai Camp and submit them to the embassy / consulate ? or
2. The DTV applicant submit the documents to the Muay Thai Camp instead of submit to the embassy / consulate and then the Muay Thai Camp will take the responsibility for any further proceed.
3. Do both 1 and 2
Anyway, I'm also trying to contact them but still don't get any clarification, so just try to ask here in case anyone can answer.
