Can I enter Thailand on a DTV issued more than 3 months ago without problems?
Has anyone experienced any problems entering Thailand on a DTV that was issued more than 3 months prior to arrival?
Answer summary
Community members confirmed that entering Thailand on a DTV visa issued over 3 months prior does not pose any issues. One user reported successfully entering after 4.5 months without problems. It is mentioned that there is typically a 5-year validity for these visas.

I know you’ve written that elsewhere, and thanks for your response. It’s just that things can go awry in Thailand. It would be strange if immigration had nothing to say about a person arriving a year after applying, especially given the dates of the course need to be submitted..Luit *****************

But in most cases they would not even ask.

Anonymous participant If you entered a year after applying with no current enrollment that is something else. Enter within your visa term but comply with terms of entry.
