This has happened to me before but was actually entered into the system as 60 days - the immigration officer just made an admin error with the stamp.

I went back to the airport and he fixed the error in the passport.

yes, TR...more of a semantic thing of what 3 days to process is as it cd be interpreted as 3 days after the day you submit..but that seems not to be the case (it seems to be 3 days inclusive of submission day)

yep, did that but sadly the one week closure this week was not added to their homepage till middle of last week and was not in their list of holidays.

Other details on homepage seem accurate as mirrored in this notice also outside the PP consulate.

Thanks. The immigration officer I spoke to (at DM) was nice and spoke good English. He said they aim to crack down on "visa run" guys but suggested 2 TR visas was ok (however also suggesting that that was the limit).
