Why not apply for an annual extension of stay? (Need 400k in bank or salary each month )

Back from immigration. In and out in 15 minutes. Was not asked for any other information (bank statements etc). Big thanks to the advice from here.

Sorry forgot to add that I have also had a home visit from immigration. They wanted to see sitting outside and also one other witness who has known my wife and I for a while

Thanks Tod - will go and update book bank today (belt/braces/ankle clips approach 😀). At Jomtien immigration they never said anything else to me - just come back 17june. They put stamp in my passport and attached 90notice

Hi all, Many thanks for your responses and advice - have chased the landlady ... from the list I need the Tabien Baan of the Landlady (as she doesn't live in shop/house) as well as the Tabien Baan of the shop/house I rent (which I have) for the extension of stay based on Marriage at Jomtien. I'll let you have an update once done. Also - even though its not on the list - I had to provide colour photos and copies of the photo's of us ....
