Can I file a 90-day report for a 12-month extension of stay 15 days before or 7 days after the due date without penalties?

Hi all, just wanted to confirm that for a 90 day report on a 12 month extension of stay I can do 15 days prior and 7 days after without penalty / overstay?

That's correct. It will be without a penalty. You will *NOT* be on overstay if you don't file a 90 day report.

If you don't file a 90 day report, the fine is 2K THB, and will be charged the next time you go to immigration.

And after being fined you get huge stamp in passport (in Thai only) making immigration officers at the airport laugh everytime they see it :D
