Hi all,
I applied for my extension of stay based on marriage at jomtien immigration.
Firstly it was very quiet - only took an hour and the immigration was super friendly (normal quirks of different requirements over different years)
Anyhow at the end my wife was asked to complete 2 new forms I think they were mvp10 and mvp11
This was an affidavit to for the wife to sign to say that we were married - wasn’t sure of the other form as I was getting a few photocopies at the time
The other major difference was them asking the source of funds in the bank - I just said savings / investments.
Hope this helps others.
