Hi all, quick question. I am on a NON-O based on marriage, my visa expires in June 2020, and my current 90 day permitted to stay expires in May. I want to convert to an extension of stay based on marriage (i have all of the requirements), but would like to know the minimum time i can apply before the end of my visa, and if its possible to do before my permission of stay (entry stamp) expires.

Depending on where you are, but you can apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay during the last 30 days of your Admitted until period,

In your case between .. April and .. May, you have to read the day yourself in your passport.
