You can apply for a 90 days Non O visa based on being married to a Thai through your embassy at home with your income. Doesn’t have to be a pension.
For your first year extension of stay in Thailand you’ll need to bank 400K baht in a Thai bank two months prior to your extension. If you do twelve consecutive transfers of min 40K baht a month to your Thai bank it might be accepted as proof of income. If your immigration don’t want to accept it, you’ll need to bank 400K baht two months prior to your extension each year.
You can only apply for a METV at your registered permanent residence at date. Safest option now is a landborder transport company. They won’t bring you unless they’re confident in getting you another visa exemption. Arrange tours every morning.
You can’t get a six months visa inside Thailand. Soft power options for a DTV is an option but it’s a five years visa and also have to be applied for outside Thailand. Personally I would just have used a professional transport company to bounce me out and back for another or maybe two more visa exemptions.
Haven’t seen it mentioned among the 45 days immigrations (not among the 7 days either😉) so my best guess is that Hua Hin is one of the 30 days immigrations and as I can remember it’s also previously confirmed.
You can apply for an extension of your visa exemption. Most immigrations accept extension 30 days before your current stay expires, some as Jomtien and Samui only within the last week. Bangkok and Chiang Mai accept 45 days before.
Up to the IO you’re standing in front of as Phil said, but you could easily cover your stay without any risk with a six months multiple entries turist visa applied for online through the Thai embassy that serves your area before you leave.
Still 60 days and that’s all anyone knows. If it get turned back to 30 days at some point in the future you still can apply for a 30 days local extension.
You don’t need to prove your adresse, just upload a document that indicates current location and it could be your drivers licence, utility bill, bank statement with name and address etc.
