One problem with using third parties (and I know that generally agents are a better option...I'm not criticizing your choice AT ALL...it's actually one of the reasons I hate health insurance as a concept in the first place, lol) is that you never know where or why the breakdown is. I'd be careful to blame the company without actually know what is happening. You don't have a view directly into what is happening.

People doing this is why the system is so difficult for everyone else. I was also responding to his defense to Paul that this group was for visa advice, which was just absurd.

But the visa advice is for getting appropriate visas for the reason for entry. You are trying to live in Thailand as a tourist.
