The TM30 is very annoying, it would be nice if the rules were the same all over the country.

Some Immigration offices care, some do not!!

The government should make an official statement about this form to say when we have to re register

I know Jomtien are pretty strict.

When I went to Koh Samet for a few days the hotel never even asked for my passport so I never re registered when I came back, a stroke of luck there!

He could always sign a power of attorney form and leave copies of the relevant paperwork for you in the apartment!

As many people say Bkk may not care

Perhaps if you do not do this, who will know that you have left Chiang Mai?

I think it depends on what country you come from and what visa you have

I came here on a non immigrant o visa from the UK

90 days!

It starts from the day it was issued, not the day you arrive in Thailand

I got mine from the Thai Embassy in London, 5 days before my flight. That was the start date
